Refund policy

As each and every order is custom handmade, we do not offer refunds. If an order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours as there are limits to claims to be made with the courier/shipping carriers.

If there are any defects on the product due to manufacturing, please let us know and we will make it right.

Issues with warping, wavy or bowed pages & albums

We use the finest, archival grade materials to make your albums, boxes and prints. We do not use inferior quality materials. This is to ensure that you are receiving the finest handmade products we can make. Your cover boards are imported from Holland, substrates are made in Italy and printing paper from Germany.

Warping and bending of boards or albums are not due to manufacturing defects. They are usually caused by change of environment (too humid or too dry), or if the album has been stored upright instead of lying down flat. We can assist in putting your album under weight to get them back to its original state, however this may take some time. Alternatively, you can also place your album under weights (such as heavy books).

It's possible that your new album will take time to adjust to the new environment, and at times require more than a month of pressing to return to its flatten state. If your area experiences large swings in change of environment (humid to dry, and vice versa), it may take even longer. Please note that this does not affect the quality and colour, as well as longevity of the print itself.

Storage recommendation

Albums must be stored flat, never vertically. As your pages (book block) are made of thick, heavy boards, storing albums vertically will cause the book block stress the binding, 'pull' down, bend and eventually detach from the hard cover boards.
