General Questions
Where do you make your keepsakes?
Our keepsakes are all made by hand in our small bindery in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
ARE THE KEEPSAKES HANDMADE?
Every album, box and matted print is handmade just for you, upon your order. They're not ready made.
what are the quality of your materials?
We use the finest materials, sourced from all over the world. We don't just say that, but actually tell you where it's sourced from.
The reasoning behind this is we believe that something that is meant to be with you for the rest of your life (and even passed down to the next generation) should be made of the finest materials that can withstand the test of time. The other reason is that each product is carefully handmade, requiring hours of work and experience. It would be a shame to put so much work into creating something using inferior materials.
Our printing papers are archival grade from Germany.
Our album substrates are made in Italy.
Our matboards are made in the UK and USA.
Our cover boards are from Holland.
Our cover materials are made (and hand dyed) in Japan.

How do i order?
You can place your order online. Alternatively, we understand how important a precious keepsake can be and we will gladly guide you through.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders will take between 10-15 business days to complete depending on the order volume or season. Please know that every single order is meticulously handmade individually, and therefore requires time and careful workmanship.
If you need something rushed, please reach out to us, we will try our best to accommodate if we can.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
We ship our albums worldwide.
However in our online store, 'live' shipping rates are available for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia.
For other countries or areas, you can request for shipping charges before or after placing your order. We will bill the shipping charges separately by sending a payment link via email or Whatsapp. Payment methods accepted are similar to our website.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping promotion, please refer to our home page for offers.
Are orders refundable?
We do not offer refund for orders. If you've placed an order and would like to amend it, please reach out to us ASAP. If we've already started the process of outputting your order, no amendments can be made.
Can i pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our office/bindery. Please note that pickup is by appointment only. Pick up appointments can be set within these business hours.
Mon - Fri: 10am to 4pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
If you can only make it on the weekend, please let us know ahead and we will try our best to accomodate.
important note on international shipping
For international shipping charges (except for Australia, Singapore and Brunei), you can either reach out to us before ordering and we will quote you or you can place an order first. Once agreed, we will proceed with issuing you with a separate shipping invoice. Should we quote you and if any price discrepancy arise, we will bear the cost. Should your final order and initial or original order have any discrepancies, the additional shipping charges will billed just prior to sending.
Files & Album Design (Layout)
How do i send my images over?
Once you're placed your order, we will send you a Dropbox link through email. If you're unreachable there, we will give you a call. You can easily drag and drop the entire content of your folder in there without creating an account.
What should my files sizes be?
The best images for prints will be high resolution images. Depending on size of the keepsake you're ordering (for example large prints), some may require higher resolution files. Smaller sized prints, albums will work with smaller file sizes.
In general, images between 3-5mb will work well with even our largest albums.
For large prints, we would recommend file sizes which are above 5mb.
Smaller file sizes can still be made into keepsakes, however may appear slightly pixelated.
If you're unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.
are images taken with mobile phones suitable?
Yes. Mobile phones now shoot very high quality images, so there's no issue with printing them. The issue only arises when an image is compressed, for example, sent through Whatsapp. Images received via Whatsapp are not suitable for large, high resolution printing.
Can you edit images?
We will use the original images that you send to us.
Should you require us to edit your image(s), it will incur additional charges as editing is an extremely complicated and time consuming process, which also requires the use of professional software such as Photoshop.
Edit starts off at RM10 per image.
We do not charge for brightening (entire) images should you require us to do so.
We do not charge converting images from colour to black and white within reasonable limits.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ALBUM DESIGN?
Yes, there are. As the design process is quite complex and could potentially be complicated, there are a few requirements.
1) Limits for the number of images for a 20 page album are as follows. For more images, more pages are required.
- Up to 40 images for 8" (Small) album
- Up to 50 images for 10" (Medium) album
- Up to 70 images for 12" (Large) album
- Up to 50 images for 9"x12" (Landscape) album
- 20 images for Petite Album
If you have already ordered the album, we can always add more pages to fit, should you have more images.
2) Images must be in proper sequence. When you send us your images, it will appear in sequence based on filenames. We will design your album in the same sequence based on the filenames.
What are album design (layout)?
Album layouts or album design is the placement of images on the pages of the album. Each page is actually a full printed page and consist of your images placed and designed on it.
When we do the design for you, each design is done from scratch and is designed just for your album. On our side, each album design can take several hours to complete.
What is the album design process?
When you've uploaded your images to us, we will start the design process. When it's completed, we will send you a link where you can view the album layout online, also known as 'album proofing'. You can make comments and request for changes or approve the design. Each album design includes 2 rounds of changes at no additional cost.
An album design will take up to 2 business days to complete. We will only begin printing after the designs are approved.
